when i receive the commission brief, it means that both parties accept and commit to perform the following contents in the agreement.

general
- i will do fixes a total of 3 times for free, fixing more than 3 times will incur a fee. Errors corrected without charge: anatomy errors, missing details, errors in details and colors.
- The commission will be sent via email including 1 copy with watermark and without watermark (jpeg).
- i can refuse to accept commission if i do not find it suitable.deposit / keep slot / refund
- kept slots will use the price list and tos at the time of deposit. (eg: if you keep in March without a deposit, you will use the price list when sending the deposit; if you keep in March with a deposit, you will use the March price list)
- slot kept without deposit for more than 3 months is automatically canceled.
- i will refund 100% in case the commission file is lost or there is a force majeure problem that prevents the commission from continuing. 50% refund in case of late deadline. If you cancel the commission during the drawing process, there will be no refund.brief
- you send full reference, requirements about pose, expression, vibe, outfit,... in case you send an unclear reference, picrew / neka not exactly according to the design, I will not be responsible.
- if you send text/information about the character, please briefly summarize it for me.
- if you change the brief/requirement in the middle of the comm drawing process, i will also charge the editing price, not the number of free revisions.
- do not send anything not related to commission.

process
- i will send the official price list at the time of sending the brief and deposit. After checking the price, deposit and confirming the booking, the price list and tos will not change.
- i will confirm the total commission fee clearly, listing detailed components.rough sketch > clean up / clean sketch > lineart > base color > render / coloring > extra detail, final touch ups.extra
- neither you nor i have the right to distribute, print and use personal non-commercial commissions for commercial purposes, regardless of the content of that commission.
- by default, i will use the commission as a sample and have the right to post it on social networks with the following conditions: reduce the quality of the painting, insert a watermark, and credit the customer as the owner of the commission.
- you can request that the commission be private, the entire process and finished product will not be posted in any form.
- i do not have the right to print commissions in any form without your consent.
- you have the right to print commissions for personal use as long as they are not accompanied by commercial activities.
- both sides absolutely must not use commission for purposes related to AI generated art/NFT!!!
- it doesn't matter what kind of commission the client posts, the minimum i ask is that my artist tag is inserted in the photo/written in the caption.

all prices given below are base prices only, final price will be based on difficulty and details of character and requirementscustomers who order a commission price > 1000k will receive a 10% discount / small commission gift from me!**- regular customers (who have ordered >2 times) will receive a 10% discount!**
